Default Need some Advise!!

OK guys, when we got this 3-wheeler, the old lady said this was the first year that E Z Go put a steering wheel on their carts - early 70's. My question is, is it worth the trouble to restore? Can we get parts?

Welcome to BGW

Yes you can get parts, and to restore it depends on how much $$$ you want to spend on it--whats wrong with it??

Look here and see if you can find what year it is

We don't know what we have. When we type in our serial number. it come up an invalid number. Here is our serial number.. 771031 I39Ibb. As far as what is wrong with it, it slowly stopped going forward, but would still go in reverse, then before it quit moving in reverse it began to jerk. Now it doesn't move. We are new to the golf cart world. Cars and motorcycles we know...golf carts, not so much.

You need to determine the condition of the batteries via aging, S/G, and load test. and they ***** what else needs to be done to bring it up to the condition you would like to see it in ... there is no antique golf cart value associated with those and they are not in demand anymore than a 3 wheeled ATV. But it has value if it works and you have a use for it.

Just from what you posted I would say you are looking at batteries, cables, & speed wiper board rebuild.
