Default Question about digital volt meter

I believe that a digital volt meter is going to be the way I am going to go but I have a question. The voltage stays consistent during the throttle doesn't it? I understand that once the charge starts decreasing the voltage will drop but you will not get such a drastic drop during the pedal like you do on the analog amp meters would you?
Thanks in advance for you help.

A real time digital meter will show the voltage drop that does occur when you stomp on the gas or climb a hill.

What are the readings that you may expect from the meters on good condition batteries

Lots of variables there like big tires big hill will draw more... I see 34.0 going full out up hill and 37.5 at rest on the top, like that on a stock cart.
Hope that helps
