Re: Jacobsen gas cart T1000
when you dump the bed on mine, the seat, arm rest and everything has to dump. so when you want to dump it you have to get off, remove the seat pad then manually dump the bed...

Re: Jacobsen gas cart T1000
the one we have is just like that. i say WE, but it was built wth a friend of mine for his daughter. i sort of think of her as a grand daughter. so it is her cart.

Re: Jacobsen gas cart T1000
yes, they only used 2 engines. the 3pg has a couple of more hp, but can't remember how many. a well tuned 2pg runs very well tho. just think of this as a marathon when doing research and looking up parts and i don't think you will go wrong.
check out yellowhorses build on his marathon. example of how nice these can be, even if it doesn't have a dump bed. |

Re: Jacobsen gas cart T1000
Just curious if the type of cart was determined for sure. Today I purchased the exact same cart as JLLOYD has pictured. Just wondering what I should call it and where I should look for parts.
Thanks. |

Mine has an 88 model carb on it, so I'm going by that for my year and just calling it a model 88 dump body marathon
