Default Re: Power Kit Questions

I put the clutch kit on while I'm waiting for the lift kit and tires to come in. With the stock tires that cart really gets moving alot faster. Based on how it feels right now, I think the low end acceleration will still be better even after the addition of the larger tires. The quality of the parts was excellent, and the instructions made the installation easy. Now reading on the forum about the development of their cams.... I can't wait. I already let my wife know that I would be ordering the remaining pieces of the hot setup for the cart when we have a little spare money, and that probably will include a cam. Ordering the clutch kit worked out well, because a couple days ago, my Dad bought a 99 G16 with a seized 301, but a newly rebuilt 357 that needs to be installed in the cart. It needs the secondary clutch and a starter/generator. I'm shipping him the parts from my old clutch to use if he chooses to.

Mine's street legal and pretty quick across the intersection. You should hear the chitsters come by me at full throttle, vowing not to let a #$%& golf car beat them!! Very funny!!
Wish sometimes, it was capable of 40 MPH. Love blowing doors off!!

Default Re: Power Kit Questions

I was on shift on the fire department yesterday, through this morning. My wife took the kids for a cart ride yesterday, and called me afterwards. She was giggling from the increase in performance, so I'm pretty sure the hot set up will be an easy purchase for the cart. Sorry I have no pictures, my computer skills are limited to internet use, and slow typing.
