Another battery cable question
I changed my battery jumpers a while back to 4 ga welding cables. Some of the old ones were 4 ga battery type cable, some were 6 ga battery type cables. Today I was going to change the rest of my cables to the 4 ga welding cable. When I pulled the positive red cable it looked like it was larger than the 6 ga cables I had changed earlier. Thing is I can not find any markings on it, or any of the rest of my cables, yellow, green, black, or white. No markings what so ever. I did change the battery end of the red cable. It has a large number of fine copper wires, the size looks about the same as my welding cable. I am thinking maybe someone changed them already. I just don't understand why there are no markings on these cables. Has anyone ever seen this. Could these be custom made cables, thus no markings.BTW I have a 2003 DS IQ.
