HELPPPP!!!! 91 Marathon wont start

So ive been working tirelessly on my buggy and have just finished fitting the 4" lift kit.

I thought id just give it a run and.....nothing!!

Theres plenty of power in the battery, the starter belt turns as it should, it just wont fire up??

I havent ran it for about 10 days probably, but surely it should start no problem? I've done nothing to the engine at all, apart from drain the oil and re fill with fresh oil??

Any ideas please, as im pulling my hair out!

I serviced the buggy about a month ago also.

Did you check to see if it has spark at the plug?, make sure the plug is clean, does the carb bowl have gas, float needle could be stuck from sitting

So I pulled the spark plug, its all clean and wet. However.....No spark...

what do i test now as im really new to this?

Im thinking that maybe ive pulled something out when i jacked the buggy up really high to get the lift kit on but i cant see anything?

All sorted now. Had no spark and looking at the ignition coil the green wire had corroded away from the solder on the connection, melted and re fixed, and we have action again!!
