Starter/Generator
I have 97 medalist and would like to know how to test to the starter/generator to see if its bad or not? If it's not the starter, is the problem more than likely the solenoid? Thx for any help!!!

Do you have 12 volts at the starter when you press the accelerator? If so, it's probably the starter.
