That won't work...If you want to convert it to onboard, you need to add a 120vac relay to the charger AC input power and run the sense wire thru the NO contacts of the relay.

Scotty how well would the yewy charger you sell hold up being bolted into the cart and used as an onboard charger? It seems smaller and lighter than the old transformer style chargers. Looks to be small lightweight digital inverter style charger. Thought about getting one and mounting it to frame seat supports up high under the body with retractable extension cord on ds cart.
