97 medalist 4 stroke No Spark Delima
So, prior to me swapping out the brushes. i had a great running engine.
Now i have no spark, i verified all my wiring and grounding and everything looks good. I am getting voltage at the coil. Wires. Any guesses on what i should try looks like both the ignitor and Pulser check out according to manual. Think i might grab a new coil wires and plugs. |

Check with a test light on the pos side of the coil should have test light with key on. probe to the neg side[ now when I say probe, I mean touch there is plenty of room on the terminal to touch between the spade and coil] and then mash the starter pedal and you should have a flash if you do then you can most likely forget about the pulsar it is working as it should. If your getting fire there and then no farther you do need to try a coil. Jim
