I have the pickle fork attachment on my Air Hammer, it knocks um off in seconds most times.

The tierod has a 7degree taper on it. I don't ever beat on the threads and forks tear up rubber.
Take one large ballpeen hammer and hold against the side of the spindle arm right below your red arrows where the tierod stud goes through, Use another large ballpeen hammer and hit the opposite side of the spindle where the stud goes through.
This "flexes" the tapered hole just enough to pop the tierod loose. You might have someone pry up (hold pressure) on the tierod to help.

if you have a air hammer you can also use it on the cast part while putting a little pressure on the tie rod, should pop it right apart.
