F&R cam upgrade problems

I have 2 36v ezgo resistor carts 1986 & 1987 that I replaced the F &R cams (with HD buss bars) On one of them I even replaced both the F&R micro switches (since it was off) putting them back as they where wired before. reverse is good but not forward (no click from solenoid) checked mirco switches solid clicks both worked before the upgrade. Has anyone had this problem Don't have access to carts until the weekend just want to know what i need to do to before I get there.

Make sure your copper contacts are lining up correctly. It is possible that when tightning the nut on the buss bars they spun and are not contacting properly when in forward. Also with the added thickness of new contacts and buss bars it is possible the cam is overshooting the stop and going too far past.
