If the converter is plug and play, then you probably don't have 12v in and out. They are part of the 12 pin harness. This sounds very similar to my 48v-12v plug and play Club Car OEM converter. My blue wire hooks to positive terminal on battery number 1. That is where the main red cable attaches which comes from rear of cart. I agree call east coast carts, but my money is on hooking it up On No.1 positive terminal. That is your first battery where the main red cable attaches to your pack from the rear of the battery box. The 12v in and out connections to your lights are in the 12 pin harness which is already hooked up.
