2006 Club Car Battery Replacement
My 2006 Precedent batteries still hold a charge but I can tell the cart is much slower.
I am thinking of replacing the batteries. Can someone direct me to a local retailer (near Cleveland, Ohio) and help with the installation process? The batteries seem very tight in there. I am wondering what I would use to get the old ones out and new ones in there? And what is approx cost of new batteries? Please help. Thanks. |

How can I tell what kind of batteries I have? Is there a part number or something I can give to the battery vendor? I can't see anything from the top of the battery. Please let me know. Thanks. |

Re: 2006 Club Car Battery Replacement
I guess there are 12V batteries, are'nt they? (see attached photos)
I don't necessarily need this brand. I would think something equivalent in less expensive brand would be fine. And the battery holder strap seems quite expensive? Any othe less expensive options? |

Re: 2006 Club Car Battery Replacement
I have the same cart and just put 4 new T-1275's in my cart a couple of weeks ago. Yes the batteries are a tight squeeze but I worked the old ones out and new ones back in without any straps and I am not exactly a small guy with small hands. I paid $169 each for the batteries but had to take in my old ones to avoid core charges. I have found them as cheap as $152 each but would have to drive 4 hours each way to get them at that price.

I guess part of the issue with be the shipping cost if I bought them from an out of state dealer. |
