New OBC not working
I had a bad OBC on my club car that would not run the charger correctly. In fear of ruining my batteries I replace it and now the cart won't move or charge at all. I can hear the controller do something but not the solenoid. Could it have been bypassed before I owned it.

A little more info.
The cart would run and would charge with the bad OBC. My fear was the charger would not shut off. |

Yes, I can now drive the cart. As much as I hate to say it I left a wire disconnected. But now when I plug in the charger the needle jumps back and forth. After an install is there a trick to reset it or is my wiring wrong some where else?

I have a friend cart sitting next ot mine now and the charger works correctly on his. After a few seconds it comes on and does it's check then shuts off and comes back on. When done it shuts off.
