Default Anyone running 10x9 Douglas rims?

I am thinking of buying a set of 10x9 douglas rims with 22x11x10 dirt devils.

Will this offset be fine? 3.5+5.5 offset

Thanks
Ralph

At 3.5 your tires are going to end up awful close to your leafs. I think a standard offset is 3+5 and at that, my tires are about 1" from the leafs...

I'm not positive but 9" wide may not let that tire seat right.

The only 10x9 Douglas's I see in my catalog is the 036-9s (not a cast wheel). I have used the 036-05s the same wheel but 10x8, they are a "Cheap Thin Wheel" I bent one and my son-in-law bent 2, I now spend another 10 bucks and use the Douglas 036-99s (10x8.5) they are 4 spoke (cast and machined), Lot stronger wheel.

All 3 of them are listed as -38et for offset (what ever that means)

Here are some I used on a txt I sold w/24x11x10 tires.. (click on pic to see larger view) they have a thicker spoke than the TPIs and cheaper. http://www.frontiernet.net/~irishhills/gtxt5.JPG

Man gateway tire has been really srewing me around! To keep it short I placed a order 6 weeks ago. I was told everything was in stock would ship out. 2 weeks go by and they don't really have the wheels. So I chose another set. 2 more weeks go by now the tires aren't in stock! I have had it@! I am going to buy another set somewhere else. My budget is $500 shipped!
