Re: Golf cart .vs. side by side
my father in law has $12k in his Kubota RTV. I have about $5k stuck in 4 golf carts, 1 lifted with rims and the other lifted, big blocked and more. I did scrounge like a mad man to stay that cheap.
I am in and out of the golf cart all the time when I am checking my olive trees and grapes. my big block golf cart will take me wayyyyy more places than I should be. Only time that I have thought that I needed more was when the belt got wet. or I picked up a rear wheel. I think if I had the locker I would go even more places that I should not be without a roll bar. |

Re: Golf cart .vs. side by side
Looks like you just about needed a rollbar in that avatar pic. Anyone that can build four carts (one a big block) for 5k or less, definitely has accomplished something great.

Re: Golf cart .vs. side by side
sure anyone can splash into a water puddle. Even I can do that!
Where is the picture of it mid puddle Even with the G9, I have been going through some side hill stuff where I had to get on the passenger side to try and balence it out! |

Re: Golf cart .vs. side by side
I'll have to see if I can drum some up. No way I could go to many of the places we ride in my golf cart. Even though I'll never get away from carts.

Re: Golf cart .vs. side by side
I say in the end its what you can afford. I dont have much $$ in our cart and my son has a blast with it and sometimes so do I. We are pretty much a 1 income family so 10 thousand for a Rhino,RZR etc is out of the question and Im leery about used ATVs as it is . As long as you have fun with it is all that matters.
