depending on what site you search on it doesn't reference any voltage, some do. some don't, but that's because that was its original use, but that won't make any difference for your application.....if your cart is the early or later style F&R (looks like a hockey puck) that's what you need. so that their 6 connections on the back.

you can actually get one of Amazon too. https://www.amazon.com/Parts-Direct-.../dp/B006O0EHYK

here is the housing.....https://www.amazon.com/Rocker-Switch.../dp/B00JRH8G5S

those two listings also gives you the OEM numbers

you put the mount in the stock location....by our right knee. and you only have to use 2 screws....and you just feed the wires through the holes that were left in the body after removing the stock mechanism with its shaft and handle.

here is the stock F&R removed

Later model DCS F & R -2.jpg

here is the body and the hole it leaves when removed

here is the mound installed

I have removed the old switch and have mounted the new housing. I do see the above attached diagrams but unsure about what to cut and which tabs to use on the new switch. I do not see numbers on the new switch.

Look at the physical locations of the tabs, they will be laid out the same on your switch.

Cut the wires at the old microswitches. The blue wires go to either of the two center tabs. Check the color of the wires in the cart's wiring harness to determine which tab each of the brown wires go. If the brown wire connects to the yellow wire in the harness, it connect to where the yellow wire goes on the drawing.

Here are some pictures showing a regular DPDT/Center-off being used.

You'll have to relocate the beeper someplace.

Here is what it looks like outside.

I don't remember who posted these originally, but they show the wiring all the way to the wiring harness.
