This one says that its for a 48 volt CC: My DCS is a 36 volt. I just want to be sure to order the correct part..

I have removed the old switch and have mounted the new housing. I do see the above attached diagrams but unsure about what to cut and which tabs to use on the new switch. I do not see numbers on the new switch.

Cut the wires at the old microswitches. The blue wires go to either of the two center tabs. Check the color of the wires in the cart's wiring harness to determine which tab each of the brown wires go. If the brown wire connects to the yellow wire in the harness, it connect to where the yellow wire goes on the drawing. Here are some pictures showing a regular DPDT/Center-off being used. You'll have to relocate the beeper someplace. |
