Default speed loss and cold solenoid

just replaced motor and solenoid on cart last year and went from 36 to 48 volt. Took cart out last night and I have lost a ton of power and speed, and the solenoid is not even getting warm and it usually gets hot. Any suggestions would be appreciated. DCS cart with hi output solenoid and Scotty B motor

A sudden loss of power or speed could be a battery or a cable problem.
Record the battery pack voltage at a stand still then attach the meter to the pack and charge uphill. What is the lowest reading you get?

Hey scotty I just replaced the batteries last year and have 2 gauge cable on them and they never seem to get hot. I changed the solenoid out and the cart ran fine for about 20 minutes and plenty of speed. And then on the way home up a slight hill it lost all power again even when hill leveled out. Im thinking it has to be motor now and have only had it about a year. The controller has not error codes are anything. have checked all cable connections and have found nothing loose.

I'd definitely start at the batteries and cables, regardless of age

have checked all of that this morning Conrad and all is good there. I finally put it on jack stands and pressed the pedal slowly and all the way to floor and when pedal was all they way down I got a red light on the controller. Does anyone know what this means

thanks
