What's the serial number of your car?

What's the drive system of your car? If Sepex, which version? See link below to identify it.

What's the factory part number for the OBC that you installed?

He needs the factory part # for the OBC you installed so he can look it up and see if it is correct for your application. It is usually on the white sticker that is on the OBC and it would have been on the bag it came in.

Nolefan is correct. If it's a flush mount OBC it should be 101909901. If it's an angle mount OBC, it should be 101800606. A 1997 could use either style. They're the same OBC, they just mount differently. 1997 was the year they transitioned from angle mount to flush mount.

101800606 is the correct OBC. It's for the PowerDrive car only. The PowerDrive plus car uses a 101800608. I know it doesn't run, bus does the cart charge? If the cart charges and you connected the small yellow wire to the negative side of the solenoid coil, then you obviously have an internal issue in the OBC that is keeping it from supplying negative power to the solenoid. It may be a defective unit.

Ok. If it's charging it's hooked up correctly. When you say the solenoid works when bypassed, what procedure are you using to bypass the OBC to make the solenoid work?
