I was going to say something similar. Rarely do I have any of these problems with a DS. Even 20-30 years older than that cart.

King pins will have a bit of play thats normal. The king pins are greasable and most of the time that’s all they need.
If you replace the bronze bushings they must be reamed to size after installing because they are an interference press fit. Majority of the time they’re not worth the effort unless they’re Really bad.

Sort of what I did with my cart. It seems I've jacked up the roof and put another cart underneath it.
