Re: Looking for 28-30 MPH on PDS Cart
Lester is one of the best manufacturers of chargers for carts. I have talked to their engineering about my 42v Lestronic ll. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and honest.
The specs on the SCR charger are here: http://www.lesterelectrical.com/prod...Line_10-05.pdf And also, Wicked Carts is a sponsor here, why not send him the money. |

Re: Looking for 28-30 MPH on PDS Cart
Thanks for all the info.
When charging 8 6 volt batteries would it be better to have the 21 amp or is the 17 good enough (longer charging times?) How much is the 21 amp? I will probably stick with the 2 different chargers (36v & 12v) in the begining, but I see that getting old real quick. Thanks again for the info. and help (you to dougmcp). |

Re: Looking for 28-30 MPH on PDS Cart
one just charges it faster.. the problem with useing the 2 chargers you wont have egual charge in all batteries. the draw back is the life of the batteries and charge life too
