Look closely at the threads on the tierod. One will be right and one left hand thread. When you get both loose turn the rod.

Re: Rebuild Update....Pics
Im going to order a sport windshield and i installed my stereo today. Will post pics tommorow. Then i will probably stop for a while. I sunk a little too much into it for now. My wishlist for the future would be to go 48v, change the motor and do a brake upgrade.

Re: Rebuild Update....Pics
Thanks, They are 20" carslisle tires with 10" rims, and a 3" jakes spindle lift. The tires rub just a little when sharp turning and going up a hill. Its not really a big deal though. Im really happy with the way things turned out. The cart was in pretty bad shape when I started.

Re: Rebuild Update....Pics
Spray a good amount of WD-40 or simular onto the rod ends. Use a vise grip on the rod itself and a wrench (or a wench...Lol...but I digress) on the nut.
They can be a p.i.t.a. but, will come free will a bit of coaxing. Then you just need to adjust them till your wheels are straight. You can either eye-ball it or, use a straight edge and line up the back tires and the front to make sure they are straight. At least that's the way I did mine..... Good luck, K9 |

Re: Rebuild Update....Pics
I like your cart, I think I have a slight toe-in problem also, waiting to see what the responses are on this problem.
