Default Newbie! Tell me what I have please!

I'm looking to upgrade solenoid, and controller get get some more power but don't know what I have to get because not sure what I have? Here's what I have, please tell me about her:

Model Number: 27647E01
Serial Number: 785063 A2594

Motor Controller:

-Name: Curtis PMC
-Model: 1204-027
-Serial: P140438
-Voltage: 24-36 volts
-Current: 275 amps

Also how do I know if mine is a 1994 or 1994.5?

Looks to me as a 1994 Marathon. It is not a 94.5

As indicated by others that is a 94 or also refered to as a Marathon Solid State Series, meaning that it as an electronic speed controller. Looks like it is good condition for age and the wiring looks like it has remained as from factory with exception of horn and light wiring. Age of the batteries is determined by a stamp with letter and number. Ie. C4 is March 2004 hopefully not 1994.......

Thanks for the info. How do I determine what motor controller and solenoid to get?
