I know I've confused you so I'm going to start all over. I've checked all the wireing from the key switch, Its, forward and reverse switch, horn, and all the wireing to the solenoid, and the controller and all the way back to the motor. No broken or bare wires anywhere. the Battery
's show about 6.2 to 6.7 and an over all reading of 37 volts. New battery cables and all the Batters have been cleaned with water and soda, along with the battery holddown bolts and frame. Maybe this will help. Thanks.

It would be better if you would just answer his questions. He is a veteran technician trying to diagnose your cart with your hands

I still get a spark, don't dare hookup Positive cablel. solenoid does click, volt reading is I believe 12V and I'm not sure of the out volts, this was taking by a friend.

Perhaps you should take the cart to a shop for proper diagnosis? You can do more damage than good if you don't know what you're doing! I'll be back in action for ya in about an hour...
