Question about new solenoid on my 97' TXT series cart
Yesterday I put a new solenoid on my cart. I got it from NAPA. It is a 36 volt but is only 40 amps. Do I need to put a higher amperage solenoid on the cart? I have a stock controller (275 amp) and big tires.

Re: Question about new solenoid on my 97' TXT series cart
that's a car starting (momentarily) solenoid. you need a continous duty
of at least 200 amps, i think. but if you are going to upgrade go to a 400amp one. jim |
