Default DCX400 3 red

Just installed new alltrax DCX400. At start up I'm Getting 4 Green, then 3 red. I know this is - HPD. Throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle. But what does that mean? I'll be checking back on the thread at 10:30
99 EZGO DCS.

I Called Alltrax. THey told me it was either the controller being to sensitive for this ITS or that I could turn of the HTP. They also gave me the readings I should get at the B- and Pin 1. All reading were great. After a false start on finding the ITS(I thought it was accessible from under neath) I opened it up and could while the pedal was at rest hit the green reset button and everything would work Great. Yet , when I'd turn key off I was back at square 1. I left for a bit and realized while gone there appeared to be a piece of metal in the ITS box. It was the roller that is attached to the side of the micro switch and engages the plunger had brokenoff and is not reattachable.
THe real question now is can I just buy the small Micro Switch?

Smile Re: DCX400 3 red

To anxious to wait for the mail delivery so I bought one at local EZGO. The reason it broke was the whoever adjusted it previously had the plunger going back behind the roller then coming forward and breaking it off. Its now working great. The DCS with a 400 Alltrax runs considerably faster than before. Also after fixing the MicroSwitch I now have regen braking. Wow what a difference. We ought to listen to the sponsors!
