Re: Txt carb main jet ?
its not hard but it is kind of pricey for a jet. They are available from ezgo. I actually have one I would sell for $20 that I bought new to go in the carb on my 350 w/295 head motor and ended up drilling out another jet to get it right. Correction the one I have is a #92 jet.

Re: Txt carb main jet ?
Yeah a number #92 jet is is $27 plus shipping from ezgo! I couldnt believe it my self and was not pleased at all when it was still a touch on the lean side. So I took the old 80 jet and drilled it out with a number drill set. I dont remember what number size I ended up with but you will need bits starting around #70 or so going down if I remember right.

By jetting it out, did you notice any power gains? Or is it too much of a pain and not worth the little bit of extra power?

Re: Txt carb main jet ?
I had to jet mine out to get the fuel mix right so it wasnt running lean. No real power gain felt but i dont want to burn my new motor up so it had to be done.
