E-Z-Go Rear Wheel Allignment
Hi,
I have a 2001 e-z-go gas which i drive on the roads in our community. The governor has been modified so that it is faster than normal and the cart gets very squirrely at faster speeds. I have checked the toe in on the front wheels and it seems ok, but i find that the rear wheels are toed-out which is very poor for selftracking. This could be the problem. The rear end is a copy of an old ford banjo housing design with axel housings attached to the banjo with about 8 bolts. The way i see it is that, if i unbolt the axel housing from the banjo and rotate it 180 degrees i will be changing the configuration to a toe-in which should improve the handling very much. Any opinions or experience??? Thanks Bob |
