Default 01 48v slow faster in reverse

I checked the wires but my 01 club car ds goes faster backwards than forwards.(like it wired backwards)
i used the wiring diagram in stickies third one down as it matched my cart but looks like all the wires are correct.
When i was trying to troubleshoot today i put on stands and the drivers side wheel didn't seem to be turning likr the passenger side?
Does this have anything to do with wiring?
Any help thanks!!!!

no ithe wheel not spinning thats normal has nothing to do with wiring but if the cart was ok pryor to working on it than i would go over everything again.......what happened that you had to wire it and what exactly did you do?..............................

it sounds like some cables are reversed...........one would think to the controller if they were motor or F&R cables it should go forward when shifter is in reverse or reverse when shifter is in forward....................
