First is to by-pass the Govenor. On top of the rear-axle housing, you will find a lever with 2 cables and a threaded rod.Turn the nut until it closes the 2 arms up tight together. That will put the govenor at its' highest setting. After adjusting it,check your carb-linkage to make sure the pedal is pulling the cable fully(key off!!)If the throttle isn't opening fully, then adjust the cables as needed.Hope this helps.

Thanks i just did the by pass. but i didn't turn the nut to close the 2arms so i'll do that too.
Thanks pachanga90

Is that normal? When i sit on my cart the motor can't go to is full speed.
When i lift the rear wheels out of the ground. it can go to full speed.

So maybe i didn't explain my problem clearly.
When i put my cart on candles so the rear wheel are not on the floor.
The cart can go to full speed.

When i jump in for try the cart don't go to is full speed.
So my brother told me it could be a problem with drive clutch weight and a friend of mine told me it could be also spring from the rear clutch.
Thanks for your answer

You should check your compression. You may need to adjust the valves, or worst case, re-new the top end with piston, rings, and/or cylinder.

bonne chance

The cvt shifts the belt according to how much power it has, so either the engine has no power or the cvt is not working right. The primary on engine needs to have weights working properly they do break when worn out, mine is broken right now the cart is pretty slow the belt slips. Weights often put a little crack in the cover when they break. The belt must be over 1" wide (26mm) to fully shift, and it gets worse if your sheaves are worn in from the belt. Grease the zerk on the primary 2 pumps and the shaft inside the spring on the secondary. Make sure none of the sheaves have holes worn in them or wobble. Some secondary sheaves have a zerk grease fitting some don't, on the inside near the ramps.

Thanks for your answers
i'll watch that i'd already grease the zerk on the primary . I'll see for the secondary.
the belt looks ok
I'd also saw there was an engine bracket tensioner where the cable was broken,i'd fixed it so now it's a bit better 16km/h on road 12km/h (controle with a gps) before. I actually watching for a duralast ignition module because i'm fed up with the rev limiter who cut of when i accelerate to much. i always need to play with accelerator pedal.
