4x4 48volt conversion

Is that a misprint(I have run 60 miles in an hour with lights), that means cart runs 60mph. I thought in general terms cart will run 40-50 miles on a charge under ideal conditions.

But sounds like an awsome setup. Do you think you came out cheaper fabbing up everything yourself as compared to buying cart from dealer. I am sure yours is more HD, just curious about cost involved.

As i seem to typed the wrong mileage . Let me clear it up. On a single charge it ran over 60 miles the last hour with the lights on all 3 of them. and would still pull the front wheels about 2 feet off the ground. When I plugged in the charger it only took 10 amp charge and was fully charged in two hours. The D&D Programable controller & motor makes it very efficient. The 4x4 kit had some problems as far fitting together and being to weak but with little redesigning I was able to make a very reliable and almost unstop-able ride out of it. Thanks for adding a link to Imaginative. Just be aware you will have to do extra bracing on the rack & pinion to beef it up. And I would also do a Skid Plate enclosure around to protect the drive-shaft as I have on mine. Have fun ride till you drop.

This is a run up a hill my 2001 gas cart could not come close to climbing. We ran up this hill in 2- wheel drive just to show how much torque the D& D controller & motor has.

how much was the kit? the site says low cost, but i didnt see a cost.....

I do not have the invoice but I think it was $1700.00 but that is just the start.
