Default RXV brake activity w/ 350 controller

I installed the high current controller for the rxv. Overall I have had great improvement.
Have any of you that installed this upgrade experienced the brake operating differently than when the old controller was installed.

Mine is sometimes jittery (like you feel it partially releasing while moving forward) when starting to move and sometimes grabs, like downshifting in a car, when gliding to a stop. And when braking to a stop the cart will now sometimes move backwards about an 1/8 of a tire revolution.

After a day of multiple test drives, this is still a concern.

My thought is that the brake may be failing
or
there is a pre-existing connectivity issue between the brake pedal and the controller.

Need some guidance. Thanks!

No I have not, but I've been so busy lately I haven't had time to mess with it.

Any of you guys running high speed gears? That was a issue with HS gears. I have seen some "roll back", but its not a big deal with stock gears. Also, how many of you switched from Danaher controllers to curtis controllers during the upgrade? They do feel a little different than a Danaher.

No high speed gear. Stock gears.
I switched to the new curtis controller. The way the controller acts I initially thought it was the controller. Ezgo sent me out a replacement. Installed replacement and the issue persists. The stock Danaher NEVER acted like this Curtis does. I haven't had the time lately to troubleshoot.

From driving with this issue, I believe that there is a pedal position issue that has this curtis acting differently from the Danaher. As long as my foot is slightly on the gas while gliding to a stop, the brake won't abruptly grab, then release.

Guys. The stopping issue that I am having with my cart continues. Seeking your assistance. Please see this video. Thanks!

Basically that is a glide to a stop. My fot doesn't touch the brake and the cart abruptly stops. Not something that ever occurred with previous controller.

abrupt locking of the motor/parking brake is what i think i saw. no, not normal/common to me. almost seems like a funky encoder problem.. it never does it except when coming to a stop?

Only happens when nearing a stop or gliding to a stop. If I leave my foot on "gas" never happens. Sometimes while gliding at a faster rate the brake does a partial grab then release. Maybe a speed thing for runaway cart? I have a handheld but don't know where to look at values and last thing I want to do is start changing things that I have no idea of the consequence.

Never happened with stock Dahner controller. I have installed 2 brand new 350amp Curtis controllers in this and BOTH do the same thing.
