I overlooked that You have a 2007 model which likely has 4 x 12v batteries, so the pack negative battery post is on battery #4 on the diagram below (passenger side - front).

Correct, and to clarify I'm not going to connect anything to the battery yet, only doing the below first and then go from there?

The OBC charger control and Controller Lockout are 2 different functions.

Connecting the Blue and White wires together on the harness side of the OBC 6-pin connector will allow the cart to run if the OBC is the device causing it not to run.

Seriously, did that to myself one time wiping down under the seat. Spent an hour troubleshooting it until I found it was flipped to Tow...

Alright, hooking up the blue and white wires worked! Just took it for a drive and all is good. Now what?

Should I hook the harness back together (without the blue/white)?

The OBC has most likely failed.

Pressing the accelerator wakes up a "sleeping" OBC and since the cart worked with the by-pass you know the MCOR micro-switch is working and should have enabled the OBC.

You can try hooking the 6-pin connector back in case resetting the OBC is all that was needed, but if it still does not work, You should do a full by-pass and get a smart charger since it is not cost effective to buy a new OBC.

Thanks very much everyone for your help. I hooked everything back up and it nothing worked again so looks like it's the OBC. Anyone have suggestions on a smart charger that will work with this setup? I'm not sure it matters which one other than being for 48 volt and having the CC connector? Anything on Amazon (that would get here in a few days)

Thanks again!

The DPI Accusense is a highly rated charger from members of this site:

http://www.cartsunlimited.net/chargers-36-48v.html

Don't rush and buy an ineffective charger, You can charge your batteries temporarily with your existing charger while you wait on the new charger.

You need to run the 10ga negative cable to pack negative in order to use a new charger.

If You also connect the gray "sense" wire to pack negative, the charger will come ON as soon as You plug it in to the cart.

The catch is it will not automatically turn OFF, ever.

So You can plug the charger, monitor the pack voltage and unplug the charger once the pack gets close to 60v.

While this is obviously not an ideal process, it will allow you to use the cart and keep the batteries somewhat charged until you get the new DPI charger.
