What baffles me how a brush can come out of the holder! Spring looks good?

Usually it is a combination of bearing and brush wear. Allows them to move around so much they can jump from the holder.

Well I replaced Brushes and Brush Springs Jack Hammer vibration still their! Replaced the Solenoid Bingo that was the problem!

That's good and with getting that brush replaced/back in and the motor refreshed you should be good for a while to come....

My Cart has a second (Speed) solenoid with a resistor I going to replace that solenoid also.
