Should I buy this 2003 G22e $720
The seller claims it was running last season, when they went to take it out it this season it didn’t run. They thought it may be the batteries and bought brand new Duracell 8v golf cart batteries last week. Sent me a photo of the receipt. They are now selling their home in the community and don’t want to invest more to fix it.
Seller said it clicks when it turns on but it does not go forward or reverse. She is looking to sell it for the cost of the new batteries $720. Should I pick it up or will it be a never ending headache? I’d hate to pass up a clean cart with an easy to fix issue. But If I pick it up - how should I begin to troubleshoot what the problem may be? I’m hoping it’s either a stuck solenoid, weak connection or a stop switch. But hope and my luck is a terrible strategy. |

NO ! That's too much ! Golf carts are a dime a dozen everywhere you look.

They are not a dime a dozen around here! Not the best batteries but still I would say it's a good deal if you are ok with a cart of that vintage.

I worry I buy it and it needs a new motor or some other major repair. Seeing that used beat up carts are going for $3k+. I guess the worst case I fix it up a s flip it if I need the cash. |
