Controller. If the buzzer sounds that just confirms that the F&R switch is working properly which rules that out. The solenoid clicks, that rules out the OBC. The car runs forward, rules out the MCOR. If all of your connections are good, it's gotta be the controller. Check the blue and orange wires that plug into the blade posts on the controller. Swap them. If the car runs in reverse, but not forward, it'll confirm that in fact, your motor WILL run in reverse, but the controller is lacking output in one direction. That's where I'd put my money.
