2001 Club car not sure if its worth buying.
I have a chance to buy a really clean 2001 Club Car serial # starts AB01 it is in great shape only thing is the complete motor is out and maybe other stuff there is no batterys. When I lifted the seat I could only see the rear end. The switch is there for F/R and thats it. My question is, is it worth the $300 if I need to replace the electric motor and what ever I would need to get it running? There is no charger either and I do not know if it is 36 or 48 volts.

Re: 2001 Club car not sure if its worth buying.
That is a 36v 01, can't say if it is worth it or not that is up to you, however if you need to get batteries and for it you will be looking at about 500 bucks and a motor will probably run you at least 225 add that with the 300 for the cart and you have spent a little over 1000. You could probably find one for a little bit more than that, that is already together and running IMHO.
