E-Z-GO controller.
I know this isn't much info, but what were the 1206 controllers usually rated for in amps? This controller has nothing but P189222 on a little stick on tag on it. It has the plastic cover with the E-Z-GO logo moulded in it. I'm not having any issues, I'd just like to know if this controller will handle towing boats around? My cart has a 48V motor and solenoid already.
P.S. I'm running 36V at this time. Thanks! |

That 1206 OEM unit is rated at 275a, 36v ONLY.

Re: E-Z-GO controller.
Thanks so much! I'm using this controller and the ITS temporarily until I can get my other one rebuilt, or replaced. I still have to make a heat sink plate and tidy up a few ends, but my cart is usable! It is being used on 36V. No need to burn this one out too!
