Thanks

Glad to be here, nice to know that you never really are alone with your projekts. Talking to the salespeople, or workshops always costs money, and you never get the full story.

"Bring it here, we will take a look" the usual line.

Luckely i'm a mecanic my self, and if i run into a problem, sometimes i make my own solutions, and throw away the manual.

Hi Guys.

Nothing to report so far. Project stopped when the golfcart got stolen! But I got it back in working order. different colour thougt.

I placed i GPS safe modul on it, so i could find it over the internet. Placed it in the framing where nobody would see it.

Soon I will begin again

Hello.....Sorry to hear your cart was stolen. Glad to hear you got her back. That was very clever putting the gps unit on it......were the police involved in the recovery? How much did it cost to put the gps on it? We have some members who had their carts stolen and I bet they wish they had a recovery system like you

Hi guys.

No police, all me. Our cops has enough on the plate. But you should have seen the look on his face, when i drove up his driveway. It turned out, taht he had bought it from some guy, at a very low price. But he still had the information on him, that he would hand over to the police. But hey, i got her back in one pice.

About the GPS, it was from my uncle who had one lying around. But i will contact him, and get information to you all.(website, and price)

Keep it cool

Hi guys.

It happend again. This time though I brought the Police. They were amazed about how quickly I found them.

Here is a fun story:

I Got a text message, saying that the GPS were moving, at aprox. 60 Mph.
(I know the Workhorse are fast, but this...?!?!), so i called the police. They asked how i knew were it was, and i told them about the gps unit.

The result...

A few cops came over, and took a look at the system, still they doubdet. I took my pc and a cop with me in my car, (with trailer naturly) and were followed by the second unit. Every time the thief(s) stopped we got a clear indication on their lokation. After 45 miles aprox 2 hours, we drove into this farm, were two guys were unloading a Truck(traktor/trailer). They looked very supprised, one even tried to run. But they had them, and naturly he got picked up by the secons unit.

I got my EZ-Go Workhorse 804 gxt back (again), plus 6 or 7 familys got their stuf back. A really good night.

the downside on all this, my Insurance are now skyhigh on the workshop. But maybe it will change for the better.

Goodnight guys, keep those weels rolling.

Hi guys.

What a week... Started wfith a earthquarke in sweden, witch resulted in a quake here on aprox 3,8. Last time we had one were in the 1800th... Global warming? The workshop were all over the place, bolts here and there, all the spare parts were in a big pile... lots of cleaning, but fortunaly its all build in briks, not so much damage. That was monday.. The extra work, 5 guys called in sick... smells like skipping work up to the hollydays.. more work for me, and the other guy.....

The farm had a lot of cracks, but nothing terrible...

Today we have a hurrycane. what a week.

merry christmas everybody, and a happy new year..

Well looks like you got all the bad stuff out of the way before the New Year!
How about keeping a big Dog in the shop at night to keep the buggers away?
Aren't you getting tired of chasing your cart all over the country at night!?

Here is how mine is looking ...I got a 4" lift, top, tires, and a Machined clutch that helps a bunch.....keep us posted on your progress......
