Default reasonable MPH expectations after upgrades?

So, i have a 36v series TXT that was in the 11/12mph range stock.....
I have upgraded to 2ga cables
New 400amp controller/solenoid from scotty b
brand new 105 trojan batteries
HD F&R switch from Scotty as well
6" lift and 23" tires

basically, only thing left is the motor..... Maybe i was expecting to much ,but got it out yesterday and using the speedbox app on my phone registered 23km/h which is roughly 14 mph, does this sound right to you guys?

That's close for a series cart. PQ Bandit will get you a few more but other motors maybe more.

Yup, a 12 mph series cart on stock tires is turning the motor around 2800 rpm. Upgrade to 23" tires and at the same rpm gets you 15 mph. The only way to go faster is increase rpm either by more voltage, gear change or upgraded motor.

Controller would get you more amps, therefore more torque. The larger tires would get you more speed, but sacrifice some of the improved torque from the controller. Solenoid and FNR would benefit amps/torque and wires would 'nudge' you a little due to improved voltage throughput as voltage throughput equals speed. I am figuring tires would get you about + 20% more speed so it looks like you're close to max for what you have and what you added. More speed would be upgrade to more batteries/voltage, gear changes and motor upgrade. Suggest Plumquick for motor torque and speed improvement. Plumquick says they can do 25 mph with their Bandit upgrade with 400 amp controller and 4 gauge wire. Note - I am not "WILD' yet and I am dyslexic, so wait for more input from the more qualified on this site- I know this is in the works or is about to arrive, if you have not seen some of it already. You are off to a great start, just a few more steps to go for more speed.

YES its right in the ball park. the fact that you have a series cart (Like Me), the only thing you did that made it go faster, was to put bigger tires on it....the rest of your upgrade only made it more dependable from the stand point that the delivery system isn't being over loaded now. if you want to go faster, you have a few options. change out the rear end gears, get a speed motor, or get a torque/speed motor, OR jump to 48v.

for me.....seeing as how its FLAT where I live and the primary use is on the road....I got a speed motor and I went from the stock speed of 11-12 mph up to 27 mph. and when I jump to 48v, it will be more like 33-35 mph.
