Default Bad throttle sensor maybe???

Hello all! Trying to fix my grandmothers cart.
It will not go forward or backwards. I flipped the tow switch and I can hear the solenoid click.
The reverse buzzer works.
I’m thinking it could be the throttle sensor.
The cart is a 2011 48volt Yamaha drive.
