newer cart... how to charge 2008 48 volt club car
A good friend of mine just bought a 2008 club car 48 volt. he was wanting to know if you need to have the cart in the tow position before plugging in the charger? any help would be nice.
PS will it hurt if he charges the cart in the run position? Thanks Subby!!! |

There is no need to put the cart in the tow mode for charging. Use the tow mode if the cart has to be pushed or towed for any distance or prior to doing any electrical work on the cart, ... that's it.
