Default cushman hauler pro 72v

trying to diagnose a hauler pro 72v that wont move.
have 72 volts out of the batteries
when you put it in reverse the alarm does go off
you can hear the solenoid click when putting it from park to a gear
on the controller i have codes 51 and 52 but found multiple different meanings to codes
i have very little background with carts came from auto and heavy equipment world and am not finding a whole lot of info on these systems

Do you have a digital display for the fault codes? Or how did you determine this.
Do you have access to a 1313 handset?
I would check if the pedal switch is actuating properly, it need to be open circuit when the pedal is not pressed, then closed circuit when pedal is pressed with the same timing the analog throttle signal comes though.

Did you check the pedal switch? It has a microswitch inside the pedal box, that little metal tab can break and switch no longer functions.

manual shows 5-1 Charger Interlock issue - check charge receptacle and wiring and check on-board charger relay
5-2 VCL HPD Fault - throttle input when key turned on - KS, interlock, direction and throttle inputs applied in incorrect sequence or faulty wiring, crimps or switches at KS, Interlock, direction or throttle inputs.
