Default Fishing Rod Holder???

I Know I'm Not Re-inventing The Wheel....does Anyone Know Of A Fishing Rod Holder For The Top Of The Golf Cart. I Feel This Is The Best To Keep The Dust Out Of The Reels. Any Feedback Is Appreciated.

Happy New Year,

Tony

You can use hooks and hang the rod and reel from the top. I haven't seen a commercial version anywhere. You could also come off the side of the roof supports with some kind of hanger.

When I built the uprights for the top on my old melex I welded on 2 peices of round rod about 3 inches long....one on front and one on back. I welded them on kinda on an upward angle. It's real handy for carrying fishing rods back and forth to the fishing hole....thats exactly why I did it. Your probly looking for a bolt on solution though....that may give you some ideas.

I saw some good hooks at HD for that. They have an assortment for hanging tools on the garage wall. I was gonna use a couple of bigger ones to hang the weedeater across the rear roof supports. ( Doesn't that sound sick next to goin' fishin' )
