no worries CTD! i subscribed to this thread and am more than patient. i saw your posts about the weather and that car jacking so you've been busier than most!

also, this is a HUGE help as i still have a bus bar and fuse panel to install so many thanks!

here is diagram i made ... i always staple (in sandwich bag)a diagram for cart to the under side of seat

awesome! this is is just awesome!! having diagram and pics now makes it 1000x more manageable for me now.

might be a dumb question but do you disconnect both main pack wires before beginning or just one?

i do both just to be safe ... neg first and reconnect last

i also use a 6' jumper wire set to test things before final crimping
