Default G9 headlight Problem

I turned my lights on the other day and there was a type of grinding noise in the electrical sytem. The cart was idle, just sittn in garage. Smelt a burning smell and found the fuse had fried. I replaced fuse but no lights. All connections look solid. Any ideas?

can you see any burnt or melted wires? How does the switch look? Look for any melting or distortion of wires.

The switch on my g29 just went south. Was riding along the other night and heard a scratching noise inside the switch. The switch I guess had got water in it too many times because it started rust. Water and rust don't mix with current. New push pull switch on eBay was 6$ shipped.

I'm not familiar with the switch. I'll have to dig around and look

Ok I'm an idiot. I thought Yall were talking another type of switch. Nothing seems wrong with my light switch but it's cheap and worth a try

If nothing wrong don't worry about replacing the switch

Get yourself a test light and check all the connections and the switch under power. A test light or good voltage tester can be your best friend when it comes too wiring!
