Black plastic
What is your go to method to restore the black plastic on the dash and rear cargo area's to a nice new looking black as opposed to sun faded?

Re: Black plastic
I've used a heat gun with pretty great results on my carts plastics. Just careful not to get too hot.

Re: Black plastic
I second the heat gun.. had a red honda recon and it was pink.. got after it with a heat gun to bring the color back out and soaked it down with some 303 aerospace protectant everyday for about a week to keep the color

Yep. 303 and heat gun. Exactly how I did it. Won't let me post a pic

The “Blak” polish also works well for me.

Re: Black plastic
I used bumper spray paint years ago - it's held up great and did wonders to the cart.

Re: Black plastic
Never thought about the heat gun idea, good to know. I used spray on bed liner for any of the black parts that had the rough texture. It adheres really well and made everything look brand new.
