Re: Triumph club car
Very cool! We'll need more pics!
It seems on topic to me...Mr Mrider needs suspension ideas....you got suspension. Closeups will help. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |

Re: Triumph club car
Well a quick update.front and rear suspension are almost completed little things here and there. It may not be as well fabricated as some here but it was challenging with the irs with chain clearance and exhaust clearance. Things got busy at work so haven’t had all the time I would like but hoping to get engine dropped in by next week.

Re: Triumph club car
Question guys that have got a 600cc engine in a stock form cart. How much clearance do you have on bottom of engine?

Re: Triumph club car
Engine is mounted in there some close ground clearance but plan on getting larger tires. This forum has been a great help. Getting closer but yet so far away

Re: Triumph club car
I like the way it sits, it has the potential to be fast and handle good on dirt. I went back through this whole thread but I could not find pics on your front suspension (among all the not your pics) (my fault too) so is it 4 wheel drive? I would think not since the front and rear tires are so different diameter. So far it looks like it's going to be really cool. I'm watching intently lol

Re: Triumph club car
Thanks for the reply’s, I’m really enjoying this project and so far happy how everything is going. Rifter it is not 4wd man I wish it was but I kept front basically all together as much as I could and rear. Right now clearance is my concern but I think a little stiffer shocks will do the trick. I don’t want to lift it anymore than stock quad height. But I do plan on running a little larger tires. Army you have any build photos? Haven’t seen another club car so I’m interested in seeing more.thanks again guys

Re: Triumph club car
Quick update got in my first test ride. Not all the way complete but was sure a confidence booster. Thing is scary fast all though handles well at I know I was going at least 40. But couple things that bum me out a little... kind of hard to turn.... suspension is to soft for a passenger as with 2 adults the manifold is about 3 inches off ground so it’s now dented... whoops any input on those 2 issues will be great help I know possibly air shocks but didn’t know if there was something you guys might know of better. Could use a larger sprocket but clearance issues with chain concerns me. Bc I can tell you it won’t ever see past 3 rd gear with current set up. But it’s fun that’s for sure. Thanks for any input
