need a engine

I have a 97 ezgo with only half an engine, and what is still there is all froze up with rust and what not. I've been watching e-bay but they're mostly out of my price range. can someone direct me towards a good used engine? Thanks

LVS who is a site sponsor had a pretty god deal on rebuilt motors so you might check them out.

I was un-aware of them being a sponsor, unless i'm missing something, they aren't.

Just googled lvs and found them. The problem is I don't have a complete core, no head,fan, shield, carb,etc. so then it gets pretty pricey, and same old story I'm on a low budget. I messed up and let one slide on e-bay for $850 but thats about my max on the budgget.
