can you send a pick of the cover of the manual, maybe I can pick one up on ebay or something. And remember Im stupid when it comes to this cart any other advice you throw out there would be greatly appreciated. Id love to get this to run through my weekend seasonal season in DE and then possibly rebuild the top end over the winter

did you check the reed valve? there could be something stuck in there holding it open. I came acrossed that one time on a little 50 four wheeler, it was a peice of corn stuck in there lol.

I just got back to this thread and yes a float failure would cause this issue. It should not be heavy unless it is punctured and full of fuel. Does it feel like it is full?
